CST50 offers an unparalleled, full-body workout for all levels. It strengthens, tightens and tones the entire body, integrating traditional lengthening and stretching techniques. The class is 50 minutes long.
If you are just starting to get back into shape we stronly recommend that you start with one of our Fundamentals Classes. The Fundamentals Class moves at a slower pace and allows you the time to learn the different exercises with the correct form to avoid injury. After a Fundamentals Class you can join one of our Open Level Classes. We also offer an Intermediate Class but you must have completed 3 Open Level Classes before moving onto the Intermediate Level.
The workout is designed to work your body to muscle fatigue at which point you will need to rest. Depending on your own personal fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you will need more or less time to recover. We recommend three to four times a week to allow your body proper recovery time. The key is to listen to your body and to find a routine that works best for you.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to class. One of our staff members will introduce you to the MegaformerTM. Be prepared to have fun!
We have an easy to use and extremely secure software system to assist you in reserving a session. You must purchase classes first, so please click here to purchase a class or class package and then you can go to the schedule to sign up for class. If you forget your password or need more information, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. It is always best to reserve your session online to guarantee we have a Megaformer™ available.
Due to limited number of spaces available in each session, CST50 requires that you cancel a class at least 12 hours prior to the start of class. If a reservation is not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, you will be charged for that class. Sorry, there are no exceptions.
We ask that all students arrive on time in an effort to respect other clients. Oftentimes, clients will drop in to see if someone doesn’t show, allowing them a space in the class. If you do not arrive within 5 minutes of the scheduled class time, your space may be given to someone who is waiting. Please be sure to check in to class so we know you are present!
We recommend that you put yourself on a waitlist if the class is full! Not only will you have better luck getting into a class, it also helps us know where we need to add classes.
Get on the list by clicking "Sign Up Now!" when a class reads "10 Reserved, 0 Open" then check for an email from CST50 that tells you when you get in. Remember, if you are waitlisted for a class and we are able to accommodate your request, but you no longer can attend, please don’t forget to cancel. You can cancel within your account or send us an email to email@example.com.
Clients may choose to go barefoot, wear socks with traction, or studio shoes while taking a class. Wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in, much like you would for a yoga class or the gym. We do not recommend you wear jewelry. We do not allow cell phones in the studio. Let yourself have 50 minutes that is all about you. Please, no strong perfumes as some students are allergic to these fragrances. We do not accept cash or checks as forms for payment. We only accept credit cards. Please understand that classes cannot be confirmed if they are not prepaid, which is why we suggest purchasing classes and scheduling online.
